Remember when I was anticipating the opening of Kit and Ace, a family company connected with lululemon? Well, it’s now open! And their products are as beautiful as their website describes them. Cozy, chic, and comfy. Clothing you’ll want to live in. Plus? The interior is gorgeous. Exposed brick walls; white washed wooden floors; copper racks; and a beautiful display aesthetic. Everything about it draws you in and makes you want to purchase the delicate garments hanging around you.

A bit about the brand. The company was created by JJ—son of the founder of lululemon—and JJ’s father’s wife, Shannon. Together, they noticed a lack of comfortable yet luxurious clothing and so, they decided to create it. The result? “[I]nnovative products that provide comfort and ease of use to the wearer, while still offering the style and quality of the luxury brands they love.”  

You know how often I talk about my love of comfortable yet chic clothes to work in from home, right? Well, Kit and Ace delivers exactly that. They understand the creative working class and caters directly to them. According to their website, “You are making an impact and are driven by the effect your creative endeavors can have on your environment and those around you…but you are busy. So you need clothing that looks and feels just as good as it wears and that is easy to take care of.”

Oh yeah. Did I mention that along with selling beautiful cashmere separates, they’re also washable cashmere separates? Boom. “We design products that…save you time. Technical Cashmere [is] a machine washable fabric engineered from cashmere and technical fibers, with added stretch.” Which is why I think the price of these items is completely justifiable.

Because items here are pricey. I’m lusting after their Keton Wrap—for $398. But it’s in a beautiful juniper green; made from 100% cashmere; hand washable (!); and looks like the coziest thing I’d ever own. Even their t-shirts are made from their Technical Cashmere. Like their Linden Tee. For $78, the perfect tee—soft with a bit of stretch—is as cozy as a sweater and just as easy to wash.
