Welcome a new boutique store, Homage! Located on tree-lined, historical Holly Street in Old Pasadena, Homage features fresh, modern, and unique home decor all in a cozy but natural space. Walk inside and instantly creativity is sparked. Mine was. Everywhere, home decor gems filled the store. From pottery, wooden spoons, and candles, to jewelry, coffee table books, and bar goods. I wanted everything. Beautiful books on home decor; whimsical pottery imprinted with woodland creatures; etherial jewelry; manly chic bar items; and the list goes on.

Plus, Jill—the store’s owner—is a sweet heart. She was personable, wanting to learn my mom’s and my names, and helpful, offering information on the artists’ works that fill her store. While prices are a bit on the high side, the uniqueness of each item makes it worth it. Which is what I love. It’s not your average home decor store. Pieces here would make for perfect hostess gifts; wedding presents; or house-warming gifts. Or—if you’re like me—a personal gift just because.
