A Vision Brought to Life in South Pasadena
Mission Meridian Village, a landmark development in South Pasadena’s Mission District, was a project that demanded both strategic insight and precise execution. Developed by Mission Meridian Station, LLC—a partnership between Creative Development Partners in Los Angeles and Lambert Development in New York—this ambitious project included 67 residential units and three commercial spaces.
The residences ranged from live-work lofts to one- and two-bedroom flats, townhouses, and three-bedroom patio homes, while the commercial spaces added vibrancy with a restaurant bakery, exercise facility, florist, and bridal shop.
Our role began in the early planning stages when the project was a deep hole in the ground, where we provided vital market research data to guide the development’s pricing and design. Facing strict lender requirements to secure early reservations, we implemented an innovative interest list and reservation system based on a suggested price range. This strategy yielded remarkable results: we secured reservations for all units in just over three weeks and maintained a robust waiting list of over 300 buyers throughout the sales process.
Our team converted reservations into sales contracts with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring smooth transactions and timely closings. The project’s success highlighted our ability to navigate complex challenges and established Mission Meridian Village as a sought-after community.
Today, we continue to represent property owners within Mission Meridian Village, affirming our commitment to this vibrant and unique development.
