A Masterpiece of Contemporary Elegance
Nestled in the prestigious North San Rafael neighborhood of Pasadena, this remarkable architectural treasure was designed by renowned Los Angeles architect Douglas Ewing. The contemporary design seamlessly blends Asian Arts & Crafts influences with Western rustic elegance, creating a tranquil yet modern retreat.
From the koi pond that flows indoors to the infinity pool overlooking the 7th tee of the private Annandale Golf Course, the home’s design beautifully integrates indoor and outdoor living. Walls of glass frame lush gardens and hillsides, while warm Douglas fir, oak, stone, and granite infuse the interior with natural beauty.
