I know I’m not the first to say this, but Christmas is just days away. YIKES. Have you finished your shopping yet? This year, I have four sweet kids (#notmyown) to shop for—a newborn, a two year-old, a nine-year-old, and a twelve-year-old. Each with a different need and want. But thankfully, there are so many goodies out there to pick from! Here’s a list of what I’m buying (and what I’d like to spoil them with):
For the girls
My nine-year-old cousin is a firecracker who loves a little pizazz. So? We bought her this adorable glitter purse from Crew Cuts. With sales happening so often lately, I got it for a steal—under $15.
Then there’s the almost thirteen-year-old. She’s sweet; she’s spunky; and wants to be treated like a young adult (what pre-teen doesn’t?) Which is why we got her these moccasin slippers in gold. They’re practical yet fashionable and straight from the women’s department. (No kiddie shoes here.) Plus? They’re quite budget friendly—only $30.
My four-month-old niece is a bit too young to write a list. But, that doesn’t mean she can’t accept some sweet goodies. Especially to ease the burden off of her parents. Target has one of the cutest kid’s lines out there—Cat & Jack. Heard of it? It’s adorable and perfectly priced. Items on my list for my niece? This peach and grey three piece clothing set, this stripped peplum top and green leggings set, and this chenille cloud romper.
For the boys
This adorable monkey pillow from Anthropologie would make a great gift for any animal fan.
Thanks for reading about Gift Guide: For the Kid in Your Life! On another matter, how would you like a way to get 12% or more over asking price for your home? We recently sold a private view home for that amount over the list price because of the Plumbid bidding process. And buyers were solid — we made sure they were fully qualified and informed about the property before they could bid. Check here, or call or text the DeFazio’s for more information at 626-825-9955.
