Is it me? Or is every retail store creating an activewear line? Let me be clear. I am 100% on board with this idea. My lifestyle has gone from workwear to activewear, so I’m always looking for more options. And when I read that Lou & Grey launched their very first activewear collection, I was sold.
This is one of my favorite stores, Lou & Grey. Comfort, cozy, chic is a running theme with all their clothes, and their newest activewear line FORM is no exception. According to the company, “Each Lou & Grey FORM piece was designed with one of these activity levels in mind [high impact, low impact, anytime], but we encourage mixing-and-matching and doing your own thing.”
I’m not going to lie. I wear activewear for “anytime” and rarely for working out. Since I workout at home, my gear is pretty boring. I put it on; sweat it out; then shower for the rest of the day. But since the rest of the day involves running errands, writing in my office, and keeping the house tidy, activewear is my jam. Comfort is my go-to. So is style.
I’m loving the neutral color scheme with pops of blush pink; the palm leaf pattern; and textured materials. They’ve also got everything. Shoes, tees, joggers, pullovers, zipups, water bottles, sports bras, sunglasses. Everything.
For those of you looking for “anytime” activewear (warming up/cooling down/chilling out):
For those of you looking for “high impact” activewear (breaking a sweat/going faster/making moves):
For those of you looking for “low impact” activewear (stretching out/breathing deeper/finding your flow):
