Masters of Taste, a luxury food and beverage festival, will take place (rain or shine) on April 3, 2016 on the field of the Historic Pasadena Rose Bowl. VIP entry is available from 3 p.m. to 7p.m and General admission from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The festival is the first of its kind and showcases some of the best places in Pasadena, as well as the rest of Los Angeles.
VIP tickets offer private lounge seating and concierge dining service as well as VIP access to various lounges and unlimited tastings from vendors. Helping to curate the fest are event producer Dennis Richardson (Taste LA, Taste Beverly Hills, and Wolfgang Puck Catering) and restaurant owner and businessman Rob Levy (The Raymond 1886, HomeStreet Bank). General admission tickets afford unlimited tastings from vendors.
Masters of Taste features local Pasadena restaurants, including The Raymond, Alexander’s Steakhouse, Celestino, Del Frisco Grille and Magnolia House and other Pasadena favorites, as well as L.A.’s finest fare from 40 Master Chefs and restaurants; 25 craft cocktail bars, wineries, and breweries; plus lifestyle and beauty brands and other luxurious goodies.
The event is for those over 21 and over, with numerous wineries and breweries present as well as non-alcoholic beverages like water, coffees and pressed juices.
For those with a sweet tooth, sweets are available from Copenhagen Pastry, and other bakers and chocolate shops from all over LA.
Proceeds from the event will go to Union Station Homeless Services, which helps to end homelessness and provides help for men, women and children. Visit the Raymond’s website for a discount code to save money off your ticket or check some of the other participating foodies that are offering discount codes as well.
Head over to the Masters of Taste website for details like where to park (or how to catch a ride) and to buy tickets. Then all you have to do is show up to eat, drink and be merry.
