Get ready, Pasadena. A new luxe boutique has settled in your neighborhood. Its name? Cop. Copine Paris. With only a handful of stores in the United States, Cop. Copine is an international brand name with numerous stores all over Europe. Which says a lot about Old Town Pasadena–our small yet mighty town is their first Southern California location. The store (unfortunately) took over Elisa B.’s old residence, which is nestled in the alley leading to Mohawk General Store and Anthropologie.
While the space is small, the selection is strong. Items here have an elegant vibe with a trendy twist. The models on their website appear ethereal and edgy, an interesting juxtaposition, and yet it works. Colors are moody with sparkle and texture–from olive greens and deep maroons to faux furs and metallics. A perfect introduction to fall.
Several pieces caught my eye immediately. Like their sporty chic skirt with a drawstring waist–in a silver metallic with black pipping along the edge (beautiful). Their faux fur sleeveless vest in a luxe plum, which perfectly pairs with a black flipped mini or destroyed skinny jeans (luxe). Not to mention their parka with a hoodie lined in faux fur and a belted waist (classy).
Plus Cop. Copine provides shoppers with all the essentials–sweats, tees, dresses, vests, hats, scarves, tights, and purses. You name it, they have it. So get fall ready with a new line of European elegance, right here in Pasadena.
